Dan’s versatility as a guitarist provides a wide range of performance opportunities. Based in the Hudson Valley region of New York, he is available to perform in public venues and for private and/or corporate parties, services and receptions in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont.

Solo classical guitar is often booked for private receptions of various types. Clients frequently request a mixed program of solo classical and jazz guitar.

For weddings, Dan often plays classical guitar for the processional and recessional, and then will play a mix of classical and jazz for the reception that follows.

Other booking options include:

• In association with renowned flutist David Church, Dan also provides a classical flute and guitar duo.

• Dan’s jazz duo with acoustic bass and his jazz trio with bass and drums provide additional volume and swing.

• Since 1997, Dan has also been associated with a 17-piece jazz orchestra led by Rob Freeberg.

• Dan also has been featured in the quartet led by jazz vocalist Andree Pages for nearly twenty years. Andree recently released a CD, Andree Pages Swings Both Ways, featuring Dan’s jazz guitar work. It is available on the Widdershins record label.
